Michelle Sovcik is the SVP and Chief Operating Officer of the RIA & Custody Services Division at Raymond James. She oversees service, operations, client engagement, and risk management. Michelle began her financial services career after graduating from Michigan State University, gaining extensive experience in wealth management, corporate finance, and hedge fund administration. She joined Hightower in 2019 as COO, later expanding her role to include enterprise protection, encompassing cybersecurity, fraud prevention, financial crime, and data privacy. Michelle holds a B.A. in Advertising from Michigan State University and Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses. She resides in Chicago, Illinois.
