Before founding Fusion, she led national recruiting and platform strategy at HighTower Advisors, helping drive record growth and the firm’s private-equity partnership with T.H. Lee. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles with Wells Fargo FiNet and Raymond James Financial Services.
