Prior to joining Indivisible Partners and Bates Group, I spent 30 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where I was most recently Chicago President of Bank of America and Division Executive at Merrill Lynch. In these positions, I successfully shaped strategy, served clients across the company, improved financial performance, fostered a strong compliance culture, and drove record employee engagement.
