With nearly two decades of experience in financial services, Megan brings a deep understanding of advisor needs, business strategy, and channel development. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she served as Senior Director of Advisory Success at Apex Fintech Solutions, where she led advisor growth programs with a focus on relationship management, solutions consulting, and product management. Her earlier roles include Director of Relationship Management and Strategic Partnerships at Fusion Financial Partners, Wealth Management Practice Leader at Novum Group, and Senior Recruiter and Practice Leader at Armstrong Financial Group.

Megan is known for her ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable strategies that drive advisor acquisition and long-term business value. She has a proven track record of helping firms differentiate their offerings and scale effectively in a competitive landscape.
