As Chief Operating Officer of the RIA & Custody Services (RCS) Division at Raymond James, Michelle is responsible for business strategy, client experience, service, operations,  and risk management functions for RCS.  Michelle has worked with advisors for over 25 years and held leadership roles at SunAmerica Securities, Charles Schwab and Hightower.  Michelle currently serves on the Foundation Board for Almost Home Kids in Chicago, IL which provides transition and respite care for chronically ill children.  Michelle has a B.A. from Michigan State University and resides in Chicago.
