Giovanni Petronelli is an Alternatives National Account Manager at Franklin Templeton, focusing on expanding private market capabilities and partnerships across client segments. In this role, Giovanni works closely with home offices to promote the capabilities of Franklin Templeton’s private market Specialist Investment Managers, including Lexington Partners (private equity), Benefit Street Partners (private credit), and Clarion Partners (real estate). Giovanni brings expertise across private markets and partners with clients to deliver insights and solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, he spent seven years at T. Rowe Price in both National Accounts and Field Sales roles, where he developed deep expertise strategic distribution.
Giovanni earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations.
