As a founding member of the firm, Ben has held various leadership positions spanning Financial Planning, Investment Management, Technology Solutions, and M&A. Ben was Pure’s first Chief Investment Officer, developing and scaling the tax overlay and trading platform, screening client accounts daily for asset location, tax loss harvesting, and rebalancing opportunities. From there he moved into a technology solutions role, leading various software development projects driving value for Pure’s clients, advisors, internal teams, and management.

Now, as a member of the Corporate Development team, Ben’s primary role is to consult with advisors and RIA principals who are looking to unlock their next phase of growth or create a succession plan through a monetization event.

He takes pride in his operational experience along with supporting founders and advisors, helping Pure grow from a startup in 2007 to where they are today.
