How do I access the hotel block?

Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and the booking link is contained within the confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation, you may access the link here. 

What if I want to extend my stay or book an additional room? Via the booking link, you will be able to select any dates you wish and book an additional reservation. If the booking link is restricting you, this means that there is no availability on the dates you have selected. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange an extended stay or make a reservation for additional rooms. Please note that the group rate ($299 per night plus applicable taxes) is based upon availability and may not be available for your additional dates or room requests.  Advyzon's block is available for the nights of Wednesday, February 12th and Thursday, February 13th.

 

What do I do about air and ground transportation?

Group transportation is not being arranged. You are responsible for scheduling your own air and ground transportation.

Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 2.6 miles from the venue.

 

Can you make sure my name doesn’t appear on an attendee list?

During the registration process, you will have an opportunity to select how you would like your information to be shared. You can agree to sharing our information to our sponsors and be displayed on our attendee list, or not share any of your information at all.

 

What if I need to cancel?

We review cancellation requests and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a registrant has a circumstance that prohibits them from attending, such as a legitimate medical condition or similar extenuating circumstance, a refund will be issued. Please note that we cannot issue refunds within 30 days of the event start, due to our contractual obligations with the venue.

 

Will you be hosting dine-arounds?

Sponsors may or may not use our attendee list to contact attendees and arrange dine-arounds at their discretion. Advyzon is not arranging dine-arounds for sponsors.

 

I’m a Sponsor, how do I get my booth set-up?

Once your sponsorship is confirmed, and we have received your payment, you will receive an exhibitor kit that will provide you with instructions on booth/exhibit set up and order forms.

 

What is the dress code for the event?

The Advyzon Conference is business casual for meetings, cocktail attire for evening events. Sponsors, please adhere to your company’s policies on dress code.
