HOW DO I BOOK A HOTEL ROOM?

Our room block booking link is available in the registration confirmation email and confirmation page when you register for the event. 

Please be sure to access the booking link directly from the confirmation page when it appears and check your e-mail after you have registered.

WHAT DO I DO ABOUT AIR AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION?

Group transportation is not being arranged. You are responsible for scheduling your own air and ground transportation.

Phoenix (PHX) Airport is 4.4 miles from the venue.  Ubers and Lyfts are very easily accessible from the Phoenix Airport (PHX). 

WHEN CAN I SIGN UP FOR TECH HUB APPOINTMENTS?

Beginning in October, Advyzon's Service Team will be reaching out to schedule appointments.  Appointment scheduling will only be available through Advyzon's Service Team. 

WHEN CAN I SIGN UP FOR USER TRAINING?

During the registration process on our event site, right here.  During the registration process, you'll be able to sign up for a 101 training for those relatively new to Advyzon or a Deeper Dive track for experienced users wanting more.  

CAN I SIGN UP FOR USER TRAINING AFTER REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT? 

Yes, we can add you to the User Training later, but these fill up quickly and once we hit max capacity, we are unable to add any more.  

WHEN DO I SIGN UP FOR BREAKOUT SESSIONS? 

This year we will be offering sign-ups for conference breakout sessions in early October. You will receive a notification to sign up via email at the email address you used to register for the event.  You must be registered for the conference in order to sign up. 

IS IT MANDATORY TO SIGN UP FOR BREAKOUTS? 

No, it is not mandatory to sign up for breakouts, but you may find that some breakouts you want to attend are at capacity once you arrive onsite.  You are welcome to attend any breakouts that have availability at the time. 

WHY IS THERE A MAX CAPACITY FOR USER TRAINING AND BREAKOUTS? 

We strive to make the Advyzon Conference enjoyable and comfortable for everyone attending.  That means comfortable temperature and having enough space to sit and participate in your session based on the size of the room.  When we hit our max capacity, we will close the sign-ups. 

CAN YOU MAKE SURE MY NAME DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE ATTENDEE LIST?

Absolutely, we can hide your name and contact information from the attendee list.   

During the registration process, you will have an opportunity to select how you would like your information to be shared. You can agree to sharing our information to our sponsors and be displayed on our attendee list, or not share any of your information at all.

IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY VISIBILITY ON THE ATTENDEE LIST, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Yes, we can do that.  However, once you elect to have your contact information displayed, the information will be visible and sponsors can access your contact information.  While we can remove it moving forward, we cannot stop someone from contacting you if they already have your information from a previous list.  

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE MY FOOD ALLERGY?

Yes, we can.  The health and safety of our attendees is of utmost importance and in partnership with the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix, our culinary team is pleased to make any accommodation necessary to ensure the best experience for you during our event. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

We review cancellation requests and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a registrant has a circumstance that prohibits them from attending, such as a legitimate medical condition or similar extenuating circumstance, a refund will be issued. Please note that we cannot issue full refunds within 30 days of the event start, due to our contractual obligations with the venue.

I AM A SPONSOR. HOW DO I SET UP MY BOOTH? 

Once your sponsorship is confirmed, and we have received your payment, you will receive via email the Advyzon Exhibitor Portal and link that will provide you with instructions on booth/exhibit set up and order forms.  These instructions will come sometime in October.  

WILL YOU BE ARRANGING DINE AROUNDS OR OTHER ACTIVITIES?

Sponsors may or may not use our attendee list to contact attendees and arrange dine-arounds at their discretion. Advyzon is not arranging dine-arounds for sponsors.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The Advyzon Conference is business casual for meetings and evening events.  Cocktail attire is welcome at either Reception, but not mandatory.  

Sponsors, please adhere to your company’s policies on dress code.
