What's the registration deadline?

Can I get a discount?
If you register anytime before January 31, 2025 the price is $957.00 per ticket. After this date, the price will be set at the Jolt! Ticket Price of $1,207.00. Due to high demand, no further discounts will be offered for Jolt!.
Can I bring a guest?
Send us a note at info@joltconference.com and request access to the Guest Pass Link. You must be a registered attendee, sponsor or speaker to access the Guest Pass Link.

Are you coordinating any air or ground transportation?
You are responsible for scheduling your own air and ground transportation.
Are you hosting/coordinating any dine-arounds?
Jolt! will not be coordinating dine-arounds. Sponsors may or may not use our attendee list to contact members and arrange private dinners or activities.
How should I dress?
Jolt! is a “come as you are” event. Wear whatever you’re comfortable in (with the exception of offensive slogans, logos, etc. See the Jolt! code of conduct for more information.
How do I book my stay at the Renaissance Nashville?
Once you have registered for Jolt!, the booking link will be made available to you on the registration confirmation page and your registration confirmation e-mail. Let us know if you don't see it.
What is the rate at the Renaissance Nashville?
The standard Jolt! rate is $309.00. Our room block includes the group nights of Monday, June 9th and Tuesday June 10th. All other nights outside of the group nights are subject to availability at the Renaissance Nashville for the nights you request.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 4:00pm
Check-out: 11:00am
What if I want to extend my stay or book a second room?
Please note that all pre and post conference accommodations and corresponding rates are subject to availability. We have negotiated a group rate of $309.00 for the evenings of Monday, June 9th and Tuesday, June 10th. The group rate is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Please contact the hotel directly at (615) 255-8400 to arrange an extended stay or make a reservation for additional rooms.
Will you be sharing an attendee list?
Jolt! respects the privacy of all our attendees. During the registration process, you will have an opportunity to select how you would like your information to be shared. You can agree to being displayed on the attendee list, or go completely incognito and not share any of your information at all. The choice is yours.
An attendee list will not be made on the public Jolt! website and will only be available to current Jolt! sponsors who have formally committed and paid.

I'm a sponsor - how can I access the Jolt! Exhibitor Kit?
Once you have committed and paid for your Jolt! sponsorship, the exhibitor kit will be sent to you via e-mail when it is finalized.
I'm a sponsor and I'm presenting - what's in the breakout room and what do I need to bring?
A laptop, podium, microphone, projector and screen will be available in all breakout rooms.
